HV and LV cable management and installation using NPORS-certified Grundowinch winching systems, including concrete encasements and traceable cable pulling logs.

Compound installations, temporary access roadways, security fencing installation, site clearance, and utility service connections prior to core construction works.

Skilled Labour & Specialist Resource Solutions
Providing fully accredited site resources, including banksmen, competent plant operators, shuttering carpenters, and SMSTS-qualified project managers.

Supply and precision installation of fire-protection precast blast walls (minimum 4-hour fire resistance rating) and surrounding reinforced concrete protecting structures.

Site walk, service detection, programme review. We understand the constraints before committing to a plan — live services, access restrictions, DNO requirements.

Plan & Resource
Method statements, RAMS, CPP, team allocation and material procurement. Every project is resourced correctly before a single spade goes in the ground.

Deliver
Controlled execution to DNO and client standards. Banksman-supervised plant, daily briefings, quality checks at every stage. Dimensional control and concrete finishes to specification throughout.
- 04
Reinstate & Sign-off
Full site reinstatement, dimensional checks, as-built records and client handover documentation. The site leaves our hands cleaner than we found it.
